It's 12:30am. While I'm often awake and working, I must admit that tonight, I waited for the clock to tick past 12:00am to check out and see if the cover story including Groovy Goddess was published. And the answer is a resounding YES!
I am so excited! You can pull the article and check it out.
Please send everyone to my main site for apparel and my Etsy site for note cards.
Both places let you fan me on Facebook and follow my blog.
I hope you'll all help me on this journey! Hopefully with cards starting at $3.50, people who are excited can place an order!!

If 40 is the new 30, Facebook is the New Family
Here's something no one had to think about 5 years ago: I got an invite from my ex-husband's step dad to be a friend on Facebook.
My first reaction was one of bewilderment - how could an email from him even co-exist with my Facebook world? It's my cozy place to see how friends and family are doing. My way to not have to send the email blasts I used to do.
Fortunately, my ex's step dad is great and remains a big part of my life... so he is now a Facebook Friend. Welcome to the modern day family.

First Retail Check
Well, got my first retail check today and reorder. One small step for woman..one big step for womankind.
And everyone keep their fingers, toes, legs, eyes, and tongues crossed. A photographer is coming to take pix of me with my artwork on the 18th for a story with Palo Alto Weekly. A small distribution, but eagle eye in terms of audience.
If any of you know a blogger, reporter, or anyone who can write about Groovy Goddess, please send them my way. I want to keep the momentum going.
And look soon for a joint cocktail / trunk show event for Groovy Goddess apparel and rasbarri jewelry.
